- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order with us
- You can not cancel your order after this time as it will be usually processed and dispatched; you can return them, if you are not completely satisfied with them, within 14 days of receiving your order and in re-saleable condition only
- If we personalize your products for you and you wish to cancel your order while being manufactured for you, you will be charged 50% of the price as a cancellation fee (your statuory rights are not affected) |
