Returns Policy
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with any purchase made with Bohemia Connections UK.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund your goods within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you.
Please note that we always check the goods very thoroughly before we dispatch them; therefore should there be any problem upon you receiving your order, such as any breakage or damage to your goods, the fault lies with the transport company.
Always check your goods immediately upon receiving them as you can return them immediately if there is a damage.
We do not accept returned goods that are broken or otherwise damaged; therefore it your responsibility to check your order and return the goods in re-saleable condition to us only.
WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THE GOOODS THAT ARE BROKEN OR DAMAGED, UNLESS IT IS A FAULT OF THE CARRIER COMPANY.
We do not refund the postage for the goods that we sent to you, or pay the postage for the goods returned to us.
The following items may not be returned except pursuant to your statutory rights:
· Personalised goods
· Goods made to customer’s specifications (or large- volume goods)
